Fellow League members are summarizing conversations from the Forums to try to bring you the latest information, but we may not always have all the latest (or the oldest)news.
The tracking numbers you see were assigned by us, based on when we first heard about it.
We do not know what tracking system is being used by LWVUS, ChapterSpot, Stripe, or ClubExpress.

We can NOT actually fix anything;  not in ChapterSpot, nor ClubExpress, nor Stripe!

This News exchange is just some fellow League volunteers, here trying to keep other volunteers updated on:

  1. Issues: What problems (and, hopefully, answers) other League volunteers are currently reporting about the new Membership system in our Forums 

  2. Bug Reporting: If we know they’ve already been reported to Support (e.g. ChapterSpot or ClubExpress) so you don’t need to report it again if you don’t want to

  3. Work-arounds: Ways others have found to work around a problem, especially in ClubExpress, but also in ChapterSpot or Stripe 

  4. Completion: If we have heard (officially or unofficially) that an official answer has been received from Support, we classify the answer as:
    1. Work-Around, (but no 'fix')
    2. 'Resolved' (as reported by Support)
    3. Verified Resolved (as reported by member volunteers)
    4. It's a 'Feature not a Bug'
    5. It's a suggestion for a future upgrade
