Join us for 90 minutes to hear from Kate Vestuto of ClubExpress how their part of the Transformation is progressing, to attend one of breakout room sessions geared toward helping you to Get-Out-the-Vote, and to connect with League members from across the country. We strive to record breakout rooms.

II. Get Out the Vote Ideas and Inspirations
#1 “Managing Volunteers” – Ways to use the Volunteering Module to keep jobs filled and volunteers informed -- Susana Carranza of Austin TX scarranza@lwvaustin.org
#2 “Setting up Events” – Ways to use the Events Module to inform voters about elections, hosting an event, ins and outs of registration -- Denise Elliot of Broward County FL denise.lwvbc@gmail.com
#3 “Using Election-Specific Web Pages” -- Setting up web pages for election information, how to disseminate ballot info (initiatives, amendments, etc.) in a nonpartisan way. About LWVCE Roundtable Group
We are a user group representing about 40 Leagues in 29 states with ClubExpress systems. Some leagues have a couple of years of experience, and others are just beginning. Our large roundtable meetings give us all an opportunity to exchange information and get updates. Our current workgroups - Membership, Web Pages, Finance & Fundraising, Communication & Social Media, Events & Volunteering, and Planning & Implementation - have focused on sharing best practices and keeping a wish list of enhancements for the ClubExpress system and LWVUS. The coordinators of these workgroups serve on a steering committee to partner with ClubExpress and LWVUS, so that we speak with one voice on behalf of local and state levels.

You will need to join as a new “member” and create a username and password, because this site is not connected to your local or state’s ClubExpress site. On the Interest page of your membership application, please check off any workgroups from which you would like to receive emails or participate in forums.
Recording Notification and Suggestions for Camouflaging
Our LWV/ClubExpress meetings and presentations may be recorded. The purpose of the recordings is to provide information to members of Leagues across the country who are either wanting to learn how to effectively use Club Express or exploring Club Express as an option. By registering in ClubExpress and/or entering a Zoom session, you consent to photography, audio recording, video recording and its/their release through the lwvce.clubexpress.com website via YouTube to members of the LWVCE Roundtable Group.
If you prefer to mask your identity during a recorded session, please
1. mute your microphone,
2. turn your camera off by clicking "Stop Video,” and
3. rename yourself in Zoom to something anonymous, such as “Susan B. Anthony" or "Fannie Lou Hamer.”
