League of Women Voters / ClubExpress Roundtable Group Meeting

Join us for 75 minutes to hear about the LWVUS/ClubExpress Connector Project,  attend one of five breakout room sessions, and connect with League members from across the country.  We have breakout rooms for learning about state offices joining ClubExpress, for diving into  standard reports, for Leagues that are new/considering ClubExpress.  We strive to record  breakout rooms.

  I. Main Session

Welcome to the LWVCE Roundtable
The Connector between ClubExpress and LWVUS for sharing of membership data, PMP, and credit card fees.

 II. Breakout Sessions 
               
Room #1 “Newbies: Exploring or Implementing ClubExpress Q&A” Wondering if ClubExpress is right for your League? Need an LWV perspective as you set-up your system? Bring your questions and we will answer. This breakout room will not be recorded.  

Room #2 “ClubExpress at the State Level Q&A” Would you like your state office to use ClubExpress? Learn about the options from Indiana and Texas.  

Room #3 “Reports in ClubExpress” Discover which options to choose on standard reports to help you track memberships, financial transactions, volunteers, and donors.  Samantha from Club Express will join the group to answer questions.  To help her prepare, please send specific suggestions or examples (screen shots) to Robin Barker by May 10.

Room #4 “Election Security and Voting" by Karen Sheek of LWV Colorado. In prep for LWVUS convention, come hear about the proposed position on election security and voting.

Room #5 “Can Our Democracy Survive the Digital Age?” by LWV Maine.

Recording Notification and Suggestions for Camouflaging

Our LWV/ClubExpress meetings and presentations may be recorded. The purpose of the recordings is to provide information to members of Leagues across the country who are either wanting to learn how to effectively use Club Express or exploring Club Express as an option.  By registering in ClubExpress and/or entering a Zoom session, you consent to photography, audio recording, video recording and its/their release through the lwvce.clubexpress.com  website via YouTube to members of the LWVCE Roundtable Group.
If you prefer to mask your identity during a recorded session, please
  1. mute your microphone,
  2. turn your camera off by clicking "Stop Video,” and
  3. rename yourself in Zoom to something anonymous, such as “Susan B. Anthony" or "Fannie Lou Hamer.”
